Gary Bounds, CPA Gary is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He has been in public accounting since the mid 70’s with a wide array of clientele. He has worked extensively in the commercial and residential construction areas. Gary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPA’s and the Austin Chapter. Gary enjoys hunting and driving small red sports cars.	Ray Chatelain, CPA Ray is a native of New Orleans and served in the United States Air Force before moving to Austin. In addition to earning a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1976, Ray is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of Beta Alpha Psi. His areas of special expertise include auditing and tax compliance as well as consulting. He has gained experience in a variety of industries, including construction, restaurants, non-profits, and health care providers. In addition to accounting, Ray enjoys aviation and camping.	Gary Pharr, CPA Gary attended theMcCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Upon graduation in 1975, Gary started his public accounting career in Houston where he first became involved in the real estate development and healthcare sectors. Upon returning to Austin in 1978, he worked for a local CPA firm until starting his own practice in 1980. That practice was merged with Bounds Chatelain and Company in 1991 to form BCP. Gary became very engaged in the technology arena in the early 80’s and continues to the present. When not busy solving other people’s problems, he enjoys his kids and listening to jazz music.
Rosalind Johnson, CPA Rosalind joined the firm in March of 1994. She received her education at The University of Texas A&M and graduated in 1987 with a degree in Accounting. She received her CPA certificate from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in June of 1993 and is currently a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).Her areas of expertise include auditing and tax for construction companies and nonprofit organizations as well as individual, corporate and partnership tax. Rosalind is married and has two children.	Wayne Graham Wayne earned his BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from The University of Texas and later joined the firm in 1997. He served as the treasurer for the Texas Land Conservancy. Wayne has significant expertise in construction, oil/gas accounting and taxation as well as retirement plan auditing.	Kelli Maddox, CPA Kelli graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University with a BBA and Masters of Accountancy. She joined the firm in June of 2000. Kelli has extensive experience in areas of healthcare and real estate accounting and taxation. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
Hannah Lee, CPA Hannah graduated from the University of North Texas in May of 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Control Systems. She then earned her Master’s degree in Professional accounting with an emphasis in taxation at The University of Texas at Austin in December of 2008. Hannah joined the firm in February 2009 and promptly passed the CPA exam in June of 2009. The following March, Hannah became a licensed CPA. She is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs (Austin Chapter) and has accumulated over five years of experience in federal and state tax compliance and bookkeeping. She specializes in federal income tax compliance as well as financial statement audits and reviews. Hannah enjoys camping and traveling within the US and overseas. Her favorite destination is her hometown of Taipei, Taiwan.	Julie Dale, CPA Julie joined the firm in 2010. She received her master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 and became a CPA in 2003. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas. Julie is an active volunteer with the Austin chapter of TSCPA and has served in leadership roles with this organization. She specializes in federal taxation with additional expertise in estates, trusts, partnerships, and S corporations.	Sue Rue Sue Rue joined Bounds Chatelain & Pharr in June 1999 as the Office Manager/Staff Accountant. Sue attended Temple Jr. College and has over 25 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience.
Lindsey Harrison Lindsey joined the BCP team as an Administrative Assistant after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in both English and Philosophy. Outside the office, she bakes and reads as her hobbies.	Angie Carter Angie was born and raised in Louisiana before moving to Austin in September of 2011. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She joined the BCP team in October of 2011 with 2.5 years of previous experience in bookkeeping and tax services. Angie is currently enrolled in LSU’s Distance Learning program and working towards attaining a CPA license.	Melisa Stebleton, CPA, EA Melisa joined the firm in 2012. She graduated from Campbell University with a BBA in Accounting in 2006. She became an enrolled agent in 2008 and a Certified Public Accountant in 2011. Her professional affiliations include the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents
Paige Pharr Paige graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences and Sustainability. Her interests include photography, web design, environmental conservation, and working to organize and fund clean water projects.
